Infeed     
The Grinding wheel head moves on prezemetic guidways having single slide for hydraulic Rapid & Auto feed movement the main machine used in infeeding systems is by means of hardenground screw with trapezoidel threads duly work as a piston in hydraulic motion.The auto eed also can be programme as per the requirement by the selection in control body.The advantage of this type of unique design is to achive a constant and uniform repititive accuracy and at the same time due to single slide.
Guide Way    
The Wheel head & Table V & Flate guidways dully turcite coated for preventing "Stick-slip" motion.     
Wheelhead    
Grinding wheel head equiped with bi-metalic bush bearing for grinding spindle.The main advantage of bi-metalic bush bearing to produce a uniform film thickness over are bearing areas of spindle in excel and radial direction.This Inter wheel head added advantage over normal bush bearing to remove maximum metal removel in similar set-up. 
Workhead    
The work head spindle mounted on gunmetal bush bearings taper roller & thrust bearing at rear end,work head speed infinetly variable with A.C. indution motor and variable drive.
